To keep all our furry guests safe and happy, we have strict health requirements:
Vaccinations: Dogs must have received a C5 vaccination at least 14 days before check-in.
Flea & Worm Treatment: Pets must be treated for fleas and worms within one month before their visit.
Proof of Vaccination: A valid vaccination certificate must be provided upon booking or at least 14 days before check-in for daycare.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of your booking.

Provide Your Details – We’ll need your name, phone number, email, and an emergency contact (someone authorized to collect your pet if needed).
Make sure to keep your details up to date because we like to stay in touch, just like best fur-iends should!
At Pup Boutique, we strive to provide a fun and safe environment for all our furry guests. However, for the well-being of every pup in our care, we are unable to accept:
- Pregnant or lactating pets
- Pets with recent stitches or those desexed in the past 10 days
- Puppies under 18 weeks old
- Senior dogs over 15 years old
- Pets with a history of aggression
- Pets that don’t meet our vaccination or health standards
Our priority is keeping tails wagging and playtimes safe for everyone!
Our daycare doors are open for check-in and check-out tuesday to saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
To ensure a smooth drop-off and pick-up:
- All pets must arrive on a leash or in a carrier.
- If someone else is picking up your pup, please provide their details at check-in.

Absolutely! Why not let your pup enjoy a spa day and playdate all in one? When booking daycare, simply add grooming service or let us know and our team will do their best to schedule a pampering session during their stay.
That means your pup goes home tired, happy, and looking their best because playtime and pampering go paw-in-paw!
All dogs attending daycare must be desexed in accordance with the Dog and Cat Management Act. This helps create a safe, stress-free environment for all our furry guests, reducing the risk of unwanted behaviors and ensuring playtime stays fun for everyone!
Your pet’s well being is our top priority. If they become unwell or injured while in our care, we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately. If we’re unable to reach you, we will seek treatment from a trusted local vet to ensure they receive the care they need. For more information please see Clause 9 in our T&C’s.
Yes! We believe loyal pups deserve extra perks. We offer exclusive packages and memberships with discounted rates for regular daycare and grooming services. You can find these in our booking system portal/app, or Chat with our team to find the perfect plan for your pooch!
To keep playtime fun and friendly, we don’t allow personal toys in DayCare, as they can sometimes lead to territorial behavior. But don’t worry—our staff provides plenty of enrichment, socialization, and tail-wagging fun to keep your pup entertained!
Food is not included in DayCare. Eating a meal during high activity can be harmful to dogs.
For your convenience, payments can be made easily through our online booking system or app. Alternatively, we also accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard at the facility upon arrival, so you can choose the payment method that works best for you!
We recommend introducing your puppy to grooming after they’re 18 weeks old. The earlier they’re exposed, the more comfortable they’ll be! Even if they don’t need a full groom, early washes, dries, and tidy-ups will help them adjust to the experience.
For the safety and comfort of your pet, it’s best to drop them off at their scheduled appointment and return once their grooming is complete. Grooming requires focus and concentration, and distractions can make the process more difficult for both your pooch and our Grooming Stylist.
No worries! If you’re unable to pick up your dog after their grooming session, we offer a chargeable DayCare service to keep your pooch safe and comfortable until you’re able to collect them.
We strive for tail-wagging satisfaction! Before your dog’s grooming appointment, our Grooming Stylist will discuss your preferences and any specific requests. Feel free to bring in a photo of the desired cut. If you’re not completely satisfied with the service, let our Customer Service team know within 48 hours, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Your pooch’s happiness (and yours) is our priority!
The cost of grooming is determined by your dog’s breed, hair length, and the condition of their fur and skin.
