When should I bring my puppy in for their first groom?
We recommend getting your pup booked in for a bath and tidy once they have had their second round of vaccinations. This is a great introduction to grooming without it being overwhelming for their first visit, as they start to get used to the grooming process.

How long will my dog be required to stay at the salon?
Appointments typically take 1.5 - 2 hours. We will send you a text as soon as your dog is ready to be picked up and we ask that you collect your pup within half an hour of being notified.

Can I leave my dog at the salon for the day?
As we work one-on-one and do not offer daycare services, we can only hold your dog for half an hour after their groom has been completed. This is to ensure the flow of our day and less stress for your dog being in a loud environment. Dogs that are left longer than this will incur a fee of $1 per minute after the 30 minute holding time.

I’m running late to my appointment, what happens?
We do still accept dogs up to 15 minutes after their appointment as long as it does not become a habit. We ask that you message us to notify if you are running a couple of minutes late. Running 10 - 15 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee, and running later than 15 minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled and will incur the full fee of the groom.

How often should I get my dog groomed?
We highly recommend keeping a schedule of 4 - 8 weeks for your dog’s grooming. This is to maintain their coat and prevent matting from forming. Plus, dogs get smelly pretty quickly!

Can I stay and watch the groom?
As dogs do get very excited to see their owner, it becomes an unsafe environment for both the dog and our groomers when owners stay so we do not allow it. We assure you that your pup will be well cared for during their groom (and you get a couple of hours to yourself)!

I need to cancel my appointment, how do I do so?
Cancellations can only be made by contacting us on 0413535131. We do require a minimum of two days notice for cancellations to ensure that we are given enough time to fill the appointment slot. Cancellations made the day before the appointment will incur a 50% fee of the cost of the groom, and cancellations made the same day as the appointment/not showing up to the appointment will incur the full cost of the appointment. These fees must be paid before their next booking.

Do you send out reminders before their appointment?
We do have an automated system to send out a reminder one week before your appointment, and again one day before. There will be a link in the text that we ask you to click to confirm your appointment. Not clicking on the link DOES NOT cancel the appointment. The automated text comes from a DO NOT REPLY number, so you will need to contact us on 0413535131 to cancel an appointment.
Although we love technology, sometimes they do fail us and reminder messages don’t get sent out. We ask that you do not rely on these messages solely and to ensure that you do have your appointments in your calendar also.

Do you use cage dryers?
We do not use cage dryers in our salon as we find them too unpredictable and unsafe.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept cash and eftpos (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
